研究方向:

1.薄膜太阳能电池、有机场效应晶体管,二维纳米材料;

2.电子器件:柔性,低成本、大尺度制备方面研究;

3.基于X射线以及光学技术实时追踪相转变。

近年承担项目:

1.主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目,基于三元体系厚活性层有机光伏器件的研究(61604092), 2017年1月-2019年12月;

2.主持陕西师范大学中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金特别支持项目,调控电荷传输层优化钙钛矿太阳能电池能量转化效率(GK201603055),2016年1月-2018年12月;

3.主持陕西师范大学引进人才科研启动基本资金项目,50万,2015年7月-2018年7月。
