1.钙钛矿晶体生长工艺及理论:微纳尺度溶液形核/生长/固态相变

Perovskite crystal growth process and theory: micro/nano mechanism of solution nucleation / growth / solid phase transition.

2.钙钛矿器件设计及性能优化探测器,X射线探测器,太阳能电池

Perovskite device design: photo detector, X-ray detector, solar cell
